More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators
Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling various parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
